  • Please contact our support team before sending any return to confirm the correct return address based on the product’s fulfillment partner.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card, etc.).
