- To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Please contact our support team before sending any return to confirm the correct return address based on the product’s fulfillment partner.
🔸 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card, etc.).
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
🔸 Non-returnable items
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as personal care items, beauty tools, and undergarments cannot be returned.
- Sale and clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.
